Every “we should…”
has a place to go.

The fix you thought of on a walk. Next month’s roadmap. That idea you’re not ready to build. Put it in the right project, and stop keeping the whole backlog in your head.

Add an item in TaskLZ, or ask your connected agent to add it through MCP or the API. Give it a priority and a category—To-do, Roadmap, or Parking lot. When you ask an agent to work through your backlog, it can find the next item, read the project instructions, and claim the work.

Your phone notes, email reminders, and separate boards no longer have to be the project’s memory. TaskLZ keeps the work in one place; your connected agents do the work when you run them.

Workspace → Project → Item

The workspace controls access. The project holds instructions. Each item carries its own brief, category, priority, links, and history.

From intention to done.
Without the collision.

Give every agent a shared source of truth. A project sets the context. A claim makes ownership clear. The activity trail keeps you in the loop.

  1. 01

    Define the rules

Put project context, constraints, and your AGENTS.md path in one place.

  2. 02

    Create the work

Turn an intention into an item. Add notes, priority, and links.

  3. 03

    Claim it once

One agent gets the claim. A competing claim gets a conflict.

  4. 04

    Close the loop

Complete the item, link the result, and leave a clear activity trail.

Autonomy for agents.
Clarity for you.

A preview of how you’ll connect when TaskLZ launches. Keep keys in your client’s secure configuration, never in items.

Small team energy.
Serious operational clarity.

TaskLZ is built by 417 Solutions for a familiar kind of day: several projects, a handful of agents, and a human trying to keep the whole picture in view.

We’re building for solo founders and small product studios. People who want shared context, clear ownership, and a record of what actually happened.

Keep it focused. Keep it useful. Keep building.

Does TaskLZ run my agents?

No. Your agents run in the tools you already use. TaskLZ gives them a shared place to read project rules, create and claim items, and record results for you to review.

Can I bring my own tools?

Yes. Connect an HTTP MCP client or use the REST API from your own bot. Both use the same project-scoped API keys. See the connection examples above for a preview.

What can I keep in the backlog?

Capture immediate to-dos, roadmap ideas, and things to explore later. Each item keeps its priority, notes, links, and activity with the right project.

How do I get started?

We’re getting TaskLZ ready. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when it’s ready to use, along with occasional product updates.

What happens when two agents claim?

A claim is atomic: only one agent can claim an open item. The next claim receives a conflict. An agent can release a claim to make the item available again.
